"Empowering Future Leaderz: Building Confidence, Skills, and Self-Discipline for Lifelong Success"!

The MASA® Future Leaderz Program is the third stage of the MASA Kidz Club® and a pivotal step on the journey to becoming an Adult Martial Artist. Whether transitioning from the Mighty Dragonz or joining for the first time, this stage is perfectly tailored to the developmental needs of 7-9-year-olds.

This is a critical time to focus on building stronger skills, refining technique, and tackling more complex challenges. The program also supports their social and emotional growth, helping students take "risks" with confidence while fostering a positive self-image in a peer group setting.

Discipline remains a key focus, and we raise the bar from the Mighty Dragonz, while maintaining a positive, fun, and engaging class environment to mentor and inspire this age group.

Over the course of this two-year program, Future Leaderz are fully prepared to step into the even more dynamic and challenging Black Belt Club, equipped with the confidence, skills, and mindset for success!

"Building Focus, Discipline, and Confidence Through the MASA Rewards System"

One of the standout features of the MASA Kidz Club® is our highly regarded and unique rewards system. What began as a few star badges that students were thrilled to display on their uniforms has evolved over the past decade into a sophisticated, proprietary software-managed system. This ensures every achievement is tracked and celebrated, leaving nothing to chance.

Students quickly become deeply committed to earning their badges, and their excitement fuels remarkable focus, discipline, and motivation. They learn to make positive choices, laying the foundation for confidence and what we proudly call the 'Black Belt Attitude!

 Testimonial

Martial Arts training with Ray Sargeant and the MASA® Team, has been a challenging but very rewarding experience for my son Alexander over the past three years, and he has learned many valuable concepts, values, and life skills.  Among other things, it has developed his discipline, respect, commitment, focus, and endurance, and I hope he continues to use the information and skills that he has learned wisely. Thank you to Ray and Tammy for their amazing dedication to their students and their team.

Thank you, Christina
