We'll explain clearly how our MASA Kidz Club® can plug into your martial arts school and become the feeder program for your adult martial arts training program. Regardless of what style you currently teach—karate, taekwondo, judo, kickboxing, etc.—that stays unchanged. You'll learn how the tools we provide will motivate and retain the kids, so they're still training when they are mature enough to move up to the "adults" program!
Honestly, we are not looking to sign up everyone just because they found us, and we know this level of programming may not be for everyone either.
We're looking for high-energy, motivated martial arts school owners and instructors that want to grow their schools but are not afraid to put in the work! Who wants to help their students achieve more, even the ones that are a hand full at times?
This is not a "plug and play, go home rich" system; from our experience, they don't work anyway. There will be hard work, and there will be some lessons you may not want to hear. If you want to wear white uniforms and only let your students wear white uniforms because that's how you were taught,? Then, respectfully, I wish you luck on that path. We chose not to lose our studio by staying on that path; we chose to evolve, which resulted in growth. We took a path that was not well travelled by others, but we took the chance and forged our own direction, and it worked. Our goal now is to help others achieve what we have, without the mistakes and challenges, without having to take years to trail various ways to motivate the students and deliver to the parents what they need for their children!
We also chose to grow our school as a lifestyle where students enjoy age-specific training that fits them socially, intellectually, emotionally, and physically at every stage of their child's development, not try to fit in with an adult curriculum as a child or youth student. They think differently and need to train differently too. We have students that have completed over 10 years in the MASA Kidz Club® and are now training towards or have already achieved their adult black belt in our adult program.
Moreover, this investment is not only about providing valuable martial arts education but also about generating a substantial return on investment over the lifespan of each student to our licensees.
We'll explain our complete program solution that has evolved over the past 15+ years and has taken our decision to become full-time martial arts instructors to a whole new level with over 550 active students in one single venue and a small team of 2 full-time and 2 part-time staff, not dozens of instructors eating away at your revenue and causing stress.
We also want to learn about you, your dreams, your motivations, and your beliefs, and answer your questions. What We’ll Do Before the Call

About Tammy & Ray Sargeant
Beginning my martial arts at age 16 in 1982, I began teaching as a red belt. After achieving my Black Belt, I began teaching solo in a part-time location for 5–6 years, taking on my full-time location with just 4 students in 1999. During the next few years, I met Tammy, married, became an independent studio, stepped away from Taekwondo (after 26 years), and joined the World Moo Duk Kwan. From 2007–10, we focused intently on developing our own direction with age-specific programs. With Tammy now studying child psychology and child development, we spent many years developing and testing new ideas with the students. With my background in graphic design and now decades in martial arts, we have created the MASA Kidz Club®, which has provided an incredible lifestyle that we are so grateful for and proud of achieving.
