The MASA Future Leaderz Program is stage three of the MASA Kidz Club®  on their progress to becoming an Adult Martial Artist.  Either transitioning from the Mighty Dragonz or starting out new at this stage, provides the perfect time in child development to begin focussing on stronger skills including technique, more complex challenges as well as catering for the social and emotional development required in taking "risks" with confidence and a positive self image in their peer group environment . Raising the bar on the class discipline while maintaining a positive and fun class environment is also important in mentoring this age group! This two year program will prepare the Future Leaderz for the step up to the even more Dynamic Black Belt Club!

How do we help this age group achieve all these benefits - Regular encouraging rewards!

One of our highly regarded and unique qualities is the MASA Kidz Club® rewards system. This reward system continues to be an ongoing development,  which started out as just a few star badges that the students were super excited to display on their uniforms! Over the past decade + the system has continued to develop to the stage that we built our own specific software system to manage everything so that nothing was left to chance, since the Students become extremely devoted to achieving their badges and remember everything! Students quickly become more focussed, disciplined and motivated in making great choices, which are positive building blocks to confidence and what we call "Black Belt Attitude"!

 Testimonial

Martial Arts training with Ray Sargeant and the MASA® Team, has been a challenging but very rewarding experience for my son Alexander over the past three years, and he has learned many valuable concepts, values, and life skills.  Among other things, it has developed his discipline, respect, commitment, focus, and endurance, and I hope he continues to use the information and skills that he has learned wisely. Thank you to Ray and Tammy for their amazing dedication to their students and their team.

Thank you, Christina
